About

I’m a Canadian who has put down roots in Japan, and spends each day exploring the new perspectives that life in another culture brings.  As a creativity coach, I support people in reaching their goals faster, more joyfully, and with greater ease and flow.

This blog is for anyone who has ever felt in exile from their creativity, and for anyone who is striving to live a creative life in unfamiliar surroundings.

I’m indebted to Oriah Mountain Dreamer’s beautiful and inspiring book What We Ache For: Creativity and the Unfolding of Your Soul for the idea of ending my posts with “What if…?” questions.  May pondering these questions open you up to a world of possibilities.

Join me as we learn to make our way home to our deepest selves, to the creative energies that nourish us wherever we are, and whatever we do.
